Re: what is YOUR favourite era watching the Clarets ?
For me it will always be around 96/97/98 in the David Eyres/Glen Little period. I'm not as old as some of you on here, but that time has great memories of spending time with my Dad on the Turf. I'd have just started being old enough to really get interested in football - we've had better footballing...

If the injured player had stayed on he would be off for 30 seconds. Surely once play resumes the sub should not be allowed into play for 30 seconds. I don't know the rules it was a genuine question. Lot of admiration for Cole Palmer for having the gumption to move to prove himself. He could have happily sayt waiting in Manchester. There's been one major thing for me we've been lacking this season, and that's a Nathan Tella type striker who can put the ball in the back of the net. Yes we've been useless at the back, but it's irrelevant if we're never a goal threat.

Genuinely baffled at this stage of a PL season that we are playing a RB (who isn't good enough at RB) at LB, a goalkeeper who isn't good enough for this division (yet) and Amdouni on the right wing when we have so many wingers.
I just can't understand it. I'm not angry, I'm just baffled.
