Re: Burnley vs Brentford - MATCH THREAD

If the injured player had stayed on he would be off for 30 seconds. Surely once play resumes the sub should not be allowed into play for 30 seconds. I don't know the rules it was a genuine question. I've seen teams including us having to play with 10 men before whilst having an injured player and h...

Genuine question, why do they get to make a substitution whilst a player is still down injured? He's off the pitch why aren't we playing on?

Grealish isn't getting game time, so not sure palmer would have expected to be involved much had he stayed Yeah and I appreciate City is a hard team to break into, but you could have argued the same at Chelsea. Lot of admiration for Cole Palmer for having the gumption to move to prove himself. He could have happily sayt waiting in Manchester. There's been one major thing for me we've been lacking this season, and that's a Nathan Tella type striker who can put the ball in the back of the net. Yes we've been useless at the back, but it's irrelevant if we're never a goal threat.

Vinny bringing those three on at 90 minutes is arguably the biggest item of evidence for a sacking, though I remain the lawyer for the defence not the prosecution, mainly due to what to expect NEXT season.

Genuinely baffled at this stage of a PL season that we are playing a RB (who isn't good enough at RB) at LB, a goalkeeper who isn't good enough for this division (yet) and Amdouni on the right wing when we have so many wingers.
