Re: 2 years without Dyche.
Probably the best post I've seen on here and the closest to echoing my own feelings. This season has been the closest I've felt to falling out of love with football. My thoughts exactly. I actually toyed with not renewing ... and considering that I had season tickets some years in the 4th division ...

Nearly as depressing a read as yesterday was a depressing watch. (Not sure that makes sense but whatever). To all those arguing that the team has more confidence in Muric......can that really be possible after the last two games? FWIW I would start him in the next game because to drop him might fini...

1. A new and better midfield player.
2. A second new and better midfield player
3. A third new and better midfield player
This will fix the attack, the defence and the goalkeeper.
Probably wont change the badge though.

Unpopular opinion, but wouldn't interest me in the slightest. Always seems odd to say someone who scored goals like he did at Burnley is a luxury player, but if he wasn't popping up with a screamer, he was doing very little else. When he was scoring the screamers for us, I remember someone at the t...

Yes - I feel that any system which creates a closed shop where a certain group of people simply get to every game they want is thoroughly unfair. The new system is every bit as bad as the old one from that point of view.

I suppose one should actually look at specific clubs. In 2021/22 Sheffield Wednesday finished 4th and then lost out in the play-offs. You'll never convinceme that Wigan didn't profit at their expense.

Ridiculous. How has Wigan being relegated rock bottom punished the fans of other clubs. They are turning cartwheels. The owners should be punished, not the fans. Not the club. As for previous seasons the onus of proof that it directly benefitted the club should be on the league. So what if clubs sp...

An online queue works for every other type of event, many events way bigger than Burnley away games. There's no need to differentiate. We're all supporters. Yes I agree with this. We should implement a system whereby you get awarded 100 loyalty points per game multiplied by a factor of how many miles you live away from the venue. So for example, if you live 82 miles from the venue you get awarded 100 loyalty points multiplied by 0.82 - and therefore are awarded 82 loyalty po...

It's just practicality. You're trying to allocate (say) 2000 tickets to maybe 6000 people who want them. You want some system that has smallish groups so that you can allocate by some sort of objective criteria. Otherwise it's just an on-line queue.

I'll try and keep this brief. Firstly - a few basic facts. I think the points system started in 2005 - happy to be corrected. At 350 points per season ticket, you would have had to buy 18 season tickets to get to 6000 without any away games. There may have been 1 season when more than 350 were given...
