What depth in squad is that? Out Marney, Arfield plus Pope from injury In Gibson as CB, ?Clucas and Hart. To what extent does that ease the burden on Defour, who some usually pretty well informed poster believes he is soon to be on a "Long boat to China"? This time.last year we didn't have Westwood...

I think Ben is a great passer of the ball. But as a defender at stopping attacks he is better than Tarks. Tarks also has a habit of trying to do a little to much with the ball and gets caught out sometimes. We're not on about Tarks though are we? Tarks is a good lad, it's Mee that hates playing for...

Unless Mee leaves Gibson is not going to replace him in the team immediately. I've never understood why Tarks and Keane before him got all the the plaudits and England chances when for me Ben has been outstanding. Just wait until you see Gibson's variety of passing, then you'll be saying 'Ben who?'

With Ben Mee flatly refusing to sign a new deal, should he be stripped of the captaincy?
Should Jack Cork be given the honour or could it be used as a carrot to dangle in front of a potential new signing?
