They didn't overspend as such as far as I can tell
Their issues revolve around overinflated sponsorship, which they argue are offset by the risk of the investment turning a profit in the future

My brother is a doctor and when my mother was dying he had the technique to keep her alive and although his intentions were honourable it was not my mothers request or desire and persuaded my brother to let her go … so by him not doing his best … is that assisted ? .. it’s a very delicate situation...

Imagine two leagues of 22 I've often thought you could have 2 PLs Either PL1 with 14-16 teams (assuming they play more games elsewhere with internationals, longer Cup runs, Europe etc) and PL2 with 18-20 teams. Perhaps one day the PL will be expanded a bit from 20 up by letting others apply to enter. And the divisions a bit like the nfl with play-offs and a superbowl type PL final, keeps more clubs in contention for longer and no relegation. Could go to say 36 teams which I think the nfl number. I haven’t read all the posts but if Everton receive a further points reduction presumably that will not be know until next season which seems wrong if they as looks likely stay up this season. If they appeal, it would be concluded the week or so after the season end. And apply to the current season
