I think we are getting the ball forward much quicker. Yes there are still a lot of long balls but I have no problem with that if they are well executed. Last year we were maybe holding onto the ball too long, allowing teams to get their shape and then pumping long balls which were having less effect.

Most of the time you won't need a VPN and certainly not for all the films other programs etc.. It's just the Premier league try and disrupt all streams and services. And they have a lot of money to keep it up. The lads that look after my service seemed to think anyone on VM suffered more disruption...

We are not the prettiest to watch but we are effective and that’s what matters. Reminds me of how Stoke used to play before they decided they could play a better brand of football and consequently got relegated.

Much more chance of errors being made when communicating numbers rather than words. One or two incorrect digits in lon/lat and you are in a completely different place. Not helpful when you are hoping to be rescued...

I would also add the swap rates have also fallen sharply and they are the benchmark off which fixed rate mortgages are priced. However, mortgage prices have yet to catch up.

If the trade war between China and the US, as well as Japan and South Korea continue, in addition to instability in the middle east affecting oil prices, then prices are likely to rise. That will fuel inflation causing a rise in interest rates to try and combat it. Then add in potential price rises...

Ended up getting the Specialized Allez Elite with a good discount. Also got a Trek X Caliber MTB for a bit of off-roading. Already been out on the Trek and it’s great. Goes anywhere! Might take the Allez for a spin tomorrow.

Allen was in a mess at the end. He was sat on his stool for ages with the oxygen mask on. Not entirely sure what happened to him. He did look like he had run out of ideas but I didn’t get the impression he had run out of energy. Clearly something wasn’t right for him to quit as he did.

I have a cannon dale super six evo 105 and it’s a really good bike but I wouldn’t recommend it unless you plan on cycling about hell for leather. It has a very sporty set up, even when adjusted for longer rides, making it uncomfortable unless you are used to riding long distances. I regularly do 50...

Looking at Specialized Allez Elite ... £1050 but price match gets this down to £890. That’s before tax saving on cycle to work scheme which means it will end up costing c£340 net.
