As anticipated a small Operating Loss for the financial year, but with the Profit from the previous year absolutely no problems whatsoever with PSR over the three year rolling period.
Normally Chester Perry would be all over this on the MMT thread.

An early recollection of a game against Chesterfield was in the 3rd Round FA Cup when we won 7-0.

Followed by a 9-0 win in the 4th Round......Ian Lawson scored 7 of those 16 goals, I think.

Different panels might affect it but from what I can understand the Forest situation was nothing like as bad as Everton. And if they can persuade a panel to understand the Johnson situation then they could win their appeal. Let's be clear, the Forest breach was substantially worse than Everton........
