Re: ALK Capital...

No, I'm just able to see reality. Explain the timeline to me. At the point when the current owners bought in we were a loss making championship club. What indicators were there at that point that we were going to have the success we have? At the point our late Director loaned money so that we could...

Re: ALK Capital...

I’m torn emotionally... I’m thinking that this could be one of the final nails in the coffin of me following football. I was so proud that we essentially swam against the tide of the premier league sugar daddy ethos. Yet.... if it works out and we become a Leicester rather than a charlton then I am...

Re: Burnley v Tottenham - Player Ratings

I have chosen this rating as a bench march, the positive I take from tonight is we created chances, Guddy looked good especially the 1st half but I too think we should sub earlier. Lowts did well too for his first game back Post by bf2k » Mon Oct 26, 2020 10:14 pm Pope 7 - nothing much to do but his...

Not really, it's just a number of fans aren't happy.

You really can't make the claim that the club is a joke after just 3 games.

But if you look at what Royboy says, who I think is taking publicly known figures, then those numbers simply don't add up to being in a good shape financially, if you look to the near future. £42 million in the bank can look great on paper, but that can vanish in the blink of an eye with TV rebates...
