Re: Burnley divisive XI' would be a fun thing to do... Thread worthy!

Ian Moore - some rated him whereas I was always frustrated by him. Grafter but a bit of a headless chicken. Gareth Taylor - his lack of pace really hindered his game but could use his head . Alan Mahon - I thought he was a decent player but injuries hampered him a lot. I really liked John McGreal I ...

I still believe that we were setting up or aiming to set up like city do with a natural centre half at full back. Making it a three when we are on the attack. Like Ake/Gvardiol at city - Al-Dakhil came central from right fullback against benfica and into midfield pressing hard and did really well. H...

Well if we’d have kept it the same for 10-15 minutes it still would have gone sideways after 30 seconds. Easy to blame a half time substitution but it had absolutely no bearing on the shambolic circumstance in which we gifted West Ham their first, and ultimately that set the tone for the rest of th...

Why on Earth did he take a winger off and put Brownhill on?

Larsen did fine and it took away any attacking intent to push West Ham back and keep them on the back foot , couple that with a **** weak challenge again that costs us a goal 39 seconds in tk the half. Dreadful second half.

He’s nowhere near prem standard . The quality we lack in midfield kills the side entirely . Doesn’t help the defence (which needs it) and doesn’t build attacks (which we lack)

That Brownhill throw nearly sent me over the edge. There was so many misplaced passes as well, also a throw/roll out from the keeper that went straight to Fulham .
