I'm guessing (purely speculation) that it is because we'd won the league only 27 years previous. Plus this was the first automatic relegation and so no one really knew the consequences and whether a team could bounce back, but since 1987 it has been consistently proven if run the correct way teams ...

Pure point that a couple of weeks ago when Bassini had the court injuction to stop the sale the administrators said it was on the brink of completion, court order removed, 2 weeks later and still no sale. Can no one in these situations be bothered to tell the truth?

I may be wrong, but sure I read an article on here, that the club were looking into buying Cardiff if we were relegated to keep the football league share and moving Cardiff to Burnley in essence what would have made us a franchise club.

Said they need the season card.....I haven't even recieved mine yet. This is a really frustrating thing about the ticket office ...
