When we first arrived in the prem I don’t think one claret fan thought we would play a fast paced flowing style of football. We had to be hard to beat, compact, smash and grab when we can. Jay Rod has to play ahead of Barnes for me. With Barnes upfront we're so one dimensional and predictable. He shouldn't be anymore than a squad player now, someone to bring on late in a game to try and unsettle teams.

Hegazi and Ivanovic at CB for West Brom, neither played since July, Wood and Barnes should be a handful for them, especially Ivanovic being 36 as well.
Both decent in the air though, they obviously know what's coming.

I think all the best centre forward are a bit greedy, it's just a burning desire to score goals that probably helps make them more effective. Mo Salah another example.

I disagree. Give a club enough money and they can't fail - or they shouldn't fail. The coaching and managing is secondary. Leeds have thrown £100+ million at the wall and should, IMO finish top 10, because of that. Give us £100 million? Blimey, we'd be cruising. Some clubs are so bad, that even £10...
