Better to save him for the Championship (and Koleosho) rather than risk flaring up their injury in the remaining dead rubbers. He will surely be a key player for us once again at that level. In mentioning Koleosho I suppose you could say we were lucky he got injured, otherwise he would surely be ta...

From what I understand from my cousin, an ex pro footballer, is that the PFA take care of these situations. They did with him. they paid for a knee op and recovery costs.

Unfortunately, they’ve plenty of games against sides as bad, if not worse, than they are. Forest, Brentford, Sheff United all at home and a trip to Luton too. Re: 2 years without Dyche.
The resource that VK had was having to sell pretty much all of the best players we had under Dyche plus losing two key players for nothing and then replacing them plus some of the other aging players at half the cost. Dyche could have sold on players like Mee, Collins, Tarkowski, McNiel etc and reb...

Dyche wasn't starved of funds in his final season. He probably had 1 of his biggest transfer budgets that bought Collins, Cornet and Weghorst. I can't remember if there were others. When he strengthened with Collins and Cornet I can't remember him selling anyone. Granted, Weghorst replaced Wood. He...

In Dyche's first season we were terrible and were flirting with relegation until the last few games or so. A lot of this is down to way we play and Berge is not a defender. It's a real pity that Ekdal had to go off and we had no CB on the bench to replace him when he did. Inexcusable error from Muric.

The current team/ squad assembled with a scatter gum approach lacks identity. Next season in the Championship it would be good to build a team around Berge and Cullen, but the captain of Norway won't be here.

This is a fair point. But it's worth taking into consideration that the Luton squad has been about 3 seasons in it's development. We got promoted largely on the strength of loan signings.
