Not sure if I agree on the first one. Isn't it inconsistent to penalize attacker handling ball even if accidental, but defender is only penalized if it is deemed deliberate?

Dublin to Athens direct with Ryanair on Wed is €47 at the moment. unfortunately return flights are about 5x that (direct or via a number of spots in Europe) so the trip is out of my price range, but the out flight might be useful to some
