Re: Gibson training at Middlesbrough

DSR We can all speculate why we bought Gibson but he was at a different stage in his career to Tarks when we was signed. Gibson was on the fringes of England “standing out at Boro” and that why he cost £15 mil, Tarks had shown promise at Oldham, improved at Brentford and moving to us was a further s...

What’s happening with Gibson will be a big learning curve for the club. What it’s showing to me is that the real power is in the hand of the player, especially one in demand. No one will know if what we ultimately get for him in the summer will be more or as I suspect less than what was offered in J...

Unfortunately for Gibson the partnership of Mee and Tarks has been a major factor in our recent success. I totally agree with not rotating Centre Backs, the loss in the cup to Norwich was in my opinion down to the lack of understanding between Tarks and Long. This will be a learning curve for Dyche ...

£15 for all adults at this stage is fine but it should be offset for U22 which should be £1.

My family weren’t Burnley fans but I first came on in the last few matches of 1985 when they did kids for a quid and we came as a group of mates and that discount by club has been rewarded.
