Found it. It was far earlier in the game than I thought. 8 mins 28 secs. into the first half or about 10 mins 20 secs on Clarets Player coverage. It was picked up by the main camera. This is not the first time I have pointed this out.

I have a letter somewhere from Ray Simpson confirming this error in his book.

The crowd v Wrexham was 40000.
The crowd v Leeds was 36000.
Somehow these have been reversed. And have continued as reversed now for decades.

I checked yesterday and it is definitely 10 pm.
In the daylight you can clearly see the damage we have caused to the grass verges.
I suspect this Council worker is a Blackburn fan.
