Re: Kompany to Brighton?

You’re making up crap as you go along, telling me who I like and don’t. I was a staunch defender of Muric last season, I said this season Id like to see him playing over Trafford. The fact is he’s made two awful mistakes at a critical time of the season and without those we might be outside the rel...

Re: Kompany to Brighton?

Lies, I see why Al Dakhil, Zaroury and Ramsey have been on the fringes this season (when fit), I don’t believe they are ready for PL football YET. That doesn’t mean I don’t rate them, I think all 3 will go on to have great futures here, Anass is one of my favourite ever Clarets. Zaroury's barely pl...

Re: Kompany to Brighton?

Board didn't deliver or VK pinned all his hopes on Maatsen which backfired? Don't know that the latter's the case. We were linked with Quillindschy Hartman last June-July and I was elated at that as a prospect, felt he'd be the better call than Maatsen, but for whatever reason nothing came of the r...

It’s strange seeing such a varying view re: Assingnon to my own and makes me wonder if I’m missing something as I think he’s been very decent defensively. Muric 8 - That's gone a long way to restoring faith in him. His passing wasn't as good as normal and he did gift away one chance which he then stopped but he kept is in it the first 30 mins and prevented a potential capitulation after we conceded. Reminiscent of how people were talking in March last year about our own manager…. Alonso winning the Bundesliga has already outdone Kompany last season to be fair. I'm not sure there's an equivalent if he pulls off the unbeaten treble. It'd be proper football manager stuff. Closest I can think is C...
