The problem with season tickets, is that they don't actually bring that much in, whilst putting a strain on 10,000 supporters.
They bring in less than £5m. That £5m that gets quickly spent in a 30 minute discussion about a transfer, and it's not really needed anymore, it's just greed.

At least Benson is getting on the bench rather than tresor.
Just noticed tresor has made 14 appearances, and then disappeared. Maybe 15 triggers something....

The reality is that Benson appears to be 5th choice (either side, behind koleosho, JBL, JBG and tresor). I don't agree he should be 5th choice, but, in the eyes of the person who's opinion actually matters.....he is. 5th choice. 27 years old. Cost around £3m? The way the club is now being ran, any p...

Al-Dakhil has never recovered from the game where he played right back and Roberts, inexplicably, played left back (with Taylor on the bench). Another mind boggling 11, which didn't work. But, he played all the big games last season, and looked very promising. Selected in the recent Belgian squad to...

ALK will be worried their investment strategy is failing. Players do not command the same fee after relegation. Some of these signings will not be wanted by anyone else, as they've failed to prove they are good enough. JJ Watt will not be happy, neither will the YouTube guys. Kompany could very well...

No other team in this league, has their best centre half playing right back, and their best right back playing left back. Whatever Vinny has achieved previously, this is not the norm. There is simply no need for Burnley to charge those/these sort of prices. 2,000 walk ons a game all season, all as adults, brings in a measly (in comparison to other income streams)....£1.9m. It's really simple to setup something with tapforchange or collectin, where people simply tap their phone/card to donate. Set it at a low price point (£1/£2/£3), and make it obvious, and it'll pay for itself in no time. I, for one, always forget to bring something, and would happily tap as I walk pa...

You give yourself the best chance of winning a game by playing your best 11.
Jack Cork is in that 11. We don't lose at Southampton, or at home to Newcastle today with Cork playing.
Can only assume he isn't quite fit and was just making numbers up on the bench, just like Taylor.

The 5.8% is likely to be vastly, vastly over estimated. Even the WHO have recently acknowledged that its closer to 0.05%! The UK has 66.5m people.
