2 (possible relegations) and 1 promotion in 3 years is always going to lead to a higher turn over of players. Hopefully staying up would mean we would just need some targeted signing in certain positions and a more settled squad.

Perhaps he's sick of looking at the bench after 70 minutes and seeing nothing really to throw on up top. Think he will start on the bench at City. Can't see us starting with two nine's over there.

If the "vast majority" of fans oppose it, presumably there will be a lot of empty seats on the day which will be the best way possible of getting the message across. Not a chance we'll ever finish as high as 7th under kompany. You heard it here first. That team (Dyches) doesn't finish 7th in this league either. It's pretty pointless comparing the two as we will never know but it is international break and people have nothing else to moan about so here we are.

I'm sure we had bids in for other LB's but as a few clubs found out they were hard to come by this window. Man U ended up with Spurs 3rd choice LB.

He WAS a left back at our level, but we got promoted from the Championship to the EPL... Perhaps you missed that? Yes I must of! He's a modern attacking fullback who not the best defender. Not disputing the fact we have made signings and can’t be grumbled at, there is clear import at gaps in the squad that’s all. So we have literally hours left in the transfer window and have spent over 100m, yet... From our peak last season... We are weaker and have less leadership in defence overall... Probably about the same with new signings. Are far weaker at left-back... True Have not upgraded or backed up Connor Robe...
