BBC reporting: "Bournemouth have agreed a £13m fee with Bristol City for England Under-21 defender Lloyd Kelly." Not a "done deal" but could yet dispel the myth that mid-table PL clubs can't do early transfer business.

The booking was a consequence of his initial mistake which was a miss-kick that gifted them possession in a dangerous area with our defence out of position, he then made an error of judgement by dashing off his line and then when he found himself out of his area (or possibly out of the area), he ga...

You should also take into account the quality of the opposition. Would be good to see the variance to expected goals but xG is still to be refined and the defence itself plays a part in the xG metric.

A realistic target is 30 year old CM Jonathan Hogg. Ratty midfielder who breaks it up and has worked with Dyche at Watford. Not one to get the pulse racing but would do a job as a squad player. Would rather have Billing but I have been disappointed in previous transfer windows so I have revised my e...

I was at Uni with a Derby fan. Made it to the home gane, which was top class, but had to listen to the away games on the radio. I felt so proud of all those that represented us that night. I'm sure all clubs have reasons to feel special, well I hope most of them do, but that is certainly one of ours...
