Don't see anything to suggest we get thumped. Both teams are in good form. They have a bit more quality but we have grit organization and a never say die attitude. Look at how he plays against another ex club Man U. He has his best game of the season against them usually. Wouldn't be surprised if it happens against us. I imagine he will feel he will want to prove himself against us. Hopefully As said Pope has an even better game and let's in less goals though.

On a free with a wage fitting someone with his current form and games played I'd take him could be like a Barton signing and under Dyche he finds his form. He has quality and natural ability so if he can put his ego away id have him on a 1 year. Wouldn't break the bank on him though.

Without thinking too much into it. Its abit worrying we only have 3.9 mil more than in June 17. We haven't had too many outgoings besides players and staff wages and bonuses and if the money has gone into that then how are these other teams surviving. Taylor is gaining experience and getting better game by game. Making less mistakes now and much better positioning. Maybe he is sick of having Mee in his ear. Also we have allowed him to attack with McNeil when we have the ball which seems to give him confidence.

He is a world class shot stopper. He's short falls lie with his ability to catch, decision making when coming off his line, dealing with a cross and commanding his area. Unfortunately we need all that and Heaton and Pope do all this better. I like Hart but he doesn't have what we need.

Funny I saw him shout in Heatons direction first. After looking at the replay think he had a point Pope would have claimed that. Poor today as was the whole team. Thought he had picked up his game recently though and has played well. To single him out alone from the lot of them today is pretty single minded. He isn't as reliable as he has been but not the worst performer this season.

I do think we tend to lose some in midfield as the game wears on due to the effort they put in and we do lack viable replacements from the bench with this system so mabe a shroud purchase in January wouldn't go a miss.

We need to learn how to use wing backs to play 5-4-1. I would be happy to play this formation if it looks like we are trying to move the ball forward with purpose. If Dyche can figure out the system with the players at his disposal, I feel it could move us up the leauge.
