Re: Kompany: time to go
Hindsight is a wonderful thing but where VK has made a mistake (possibly encouraged by Pace)is to stock pile a load of mediocre players (by premier standards), when we should have broken the bank to start with the team that got us up, with a 2 or3 quality signings. matsen would probably not have com...

I love Paul Newman but the Verdict for which he was Oscar nominated was disappointing Bullit is a great movie but no fecking plot and leaves me strangely empty- still iconic and watchable though . McQueen just king of cool. Taxi Driver. I can see that it is a masterpiece but just not enjoyable. For ...

I “liked” this post as I fully agree with the sentiment but, on a point of pedantry, I’d be very surprised if “at least half” of the population of Merseyside support Everton. I’d imagine the red “half” of Merseyside is slightly bigger, and that’s not even taking into account the fans of Tranmere et...

Everton have spent longer in the English top flight than any other club, and have a massive fan base (population of merseyside is 1.5 million and at least half support Everton) - so relative to Burnley they are big time in my view - but its only view

I find it interesting to watch Dyche handle the media bearing in mind we watched him here for 10 years. No judgement, no predictions, just find it fascinating to see how he handles it to see how it develops and to compare the scouse media approach to our journalists. that’s just natural isn’t it. Li...

Have to be honest was a tad disappointed as he looked easily brushed off the ball and moved like Bamford ….kind of loping backwards.
