Slightly off track but I was seven years old when the war finished. Remember going down to Burnley centre to see the illuminated signs on shops such as Burtons etc. Never seen anything like it before

If my my memory serves me right he played outside right a similar position to Mathews and Finney.

You could have named the team before it was announced, Changes are required but Mr Dyche seems afraid to make them, he is not ruthless enough. Which players would consider coming to Burnley when they are likely to spend their time on the bench or out of it altogether.

The problem with Burnley is that apart from McNeill the midfield players are not good enough. They are unable to create chances for the strikers whoever they maybe. Compare that with the chances the Chelsea striker had it must have been four or five. But my main worry is that many of the players are...

It always amuses me when scores for Referees are given. How many have refereed a match on Towneley let alone a Premier league match. May I suggest that you join Burnley Referees Association or your local RA, take and pass the exam and start to referee matches. Then you may have an idea on how to score.

You are offside it there aren't two defenders between the attacker and the goal when the ball is played. The linesman does not have any idea when the ball is played because he is not looking. and neither does anyone else know because the third picture is inconclusive.
