Re: 2 years without Dyche.

I was at the Norwich game, his last stand. It was pretty shocking and did have an end of an era feel to it. But as above, the squad had been starved of investment and stagnated for 2 years, you can't do that in the Prem. Hard to call how good / bad a decision it was, as two years on we find ourselve...

Forgot about this, the far too late substitution was expected but Fofana staying on was baffling. He was treading water for the last 30 minutes, and wasn't great before that. When we should be pushing for a winner towards the end, we were basically playing with 10 men again.

Can't go back after the restart, that's why the issue at Spurs v Liverpool happened.
Don't think the video ref gets involved on free kicks. I imagine they were pretty desperate for a reason to disallow after seeing the 'free kick' back, but there was literally nothing there, other than poor marking.

The one at Forest is the worst, and it was the telly ref behind it. One of those where they went trawling through footage for anything which could get a perfectly good goal disallowed. Not even a Forest fan appealed for it, totally killed our mini-revival, Foster got (deservedly) sent off soon after...

A few references to non-league here, but honestly that's what we should aspire to at half time. You can easily get warm food and a pint without queueing for 20 minutes. You can check the scores. You can talk to your mates / family. It's actually enjoyable.

Just recreate that on a much bigger scale.
