On the bright side the passport office seem to have got their act together as we got a new one issued within 2 weeks of making the application just this month. Compared to the chaos we faced 2 years ago… Same. I know the preferred vibe on here is angry exasperation, but the application was simple, ...

I had a look at parking at Meadow Hall shopping centre one year. Trams and trains go into Sheffield from there. I never used it in the end though, so you would have to look into it Not a bad idea that, easier getting train from Meadowhall, it’s only one stop into centre. My local train on Penistone...

Logged on to agree with this. Always remember it, as a youngster it opened my eyes to how little some football fans know about football. Someone will be on in a sec to explain why, actually, we should all either be poor or cold and why 0.2% of the population deserve to cream all the profits from a natural resource. Then you'll understand better.
The intriguing twist is, they'll also be one of those choosing between being poor or cold.

It’s as hard / easy to stay up this year as any other year. The idea the quality of a league of 20 teams varies that much from one season to the next is weird. It’s like when you say the Championship is a poor league one year. As if it’s anything other than a division full of players not quite good ...

Heckingbottom touched on it there, about the difference in athleticism and physicality too. If you're going to have a lot of young lads, or diminutive players in this league, they better be absolute world beaters. You can understand Dyche always having an emphasis on that side of it. Even so, it doe...

When we went up with Dyche, our best players hadn't been on loan either, which is a factor. There's more gone wrong than that, but after Forest went up with a load of loan stars, they spent £150m and just about made it. Tella, Maatsen and Harwood Bellis were all big players for us. I probably agree ...

A few references to non-league here, but honestly that's what we should aspire to at half time. You can easily get warm food and a pint without queueing for 20 minutes. You can check the scores. You can talk to your mates / family. It's actually enjoyable.
Just recreate that on a much bigger scale.

There isn't an option to consistently be a top 6 championship club. You either get promoted or you get worse. Unfortunately, that's true. You get maybe a couple of seasons at most, from then on you're fighting against League One while juggling debts if you're a club of our size. We got a bit lucky ...

It was quite often a nervy watch last season every time we conceded a set piece.. particularly at Bramhall Lane.
