I would assume they are salaried. Pace said he'll be here 80% of the time with the other 20% in London and New York. I think that is also definitely the case for Hunt & Smith. I’ve never been in the know and have never claimed to be, however the information I have received is the deal was signed off last week pending PL approval which should be this week. All I have said is the staff haven’t been informed and he is incorrect in that assumption. *Based on the few staff that you have spoken too, it is impossible for you to state that he is incorrect that no staff have been told.
