I was a fan of Pickford but he’s been absolutely gash for the last 6 months. Pope or Henderson should get the nod, however seems a little risky to throw an International rookie in goal for a major tournament we should have a chance of winning.

So negative today, from the moment Wood came on we sat deep and lumped it, time wasted at every opportunity. Why? why aren’t we going to win in the final 30? not like a point helps a tremendous amount. So disappointing to see Vydra hooked so quickly and I guess that’s the end of his Burnley career.

Ramsdale, Brooks, King, Wilson, Fraser, Lerma, Stacey, Ake.

They’re a good side going through a tough spell, I was really impressed with Brooks last year but I haven’t seen him play this season at all. Their defence without Ake is terrible.

Absolutely but Barnes and Wood have done more than well against much better defences than today. Goal aside I thought he played really well, his movement is excellent, he worked hard and was always in the right place. Another great team performance, enjoyable football and I think the partnership upfront contributes to that massively.

Goal aside I don’t think he played poorly at all, movement was excellent, Hendrick nearly found him again, Vydra took the **** out of two defenders and slid JRod in, Mcneil should’ve pulled the ball back to him. He looked leggy last 10 but that’s to be expected. Delighted for him

Why does it matter if he’s scoring goals and playing well? Some players get caught offside more than others because they play close to the line to give themselves as much chance of reaching the ball because they lack pace.
