Lennon is truly terrible for us but would look way better in an attacking pacey energetic footballing side. He burns his legs running backwards so offers nothing offensively and when he finds himself forward often cuts back and plays a simple pass (obviously under instruction). Pieters has done well...

Decent manager Adkins, led Scunthorpe to 2 promotions from League One to the Championship 2nd time he kept them up. Back to back promotions at Southampton. Little chance at Reading and did well last year with Hull to steady the ship.

I think soft free kicks and cards have ruined the game more than the occasional soft penalty. I find it bizarre you can’t really challenge a goalkeeper in the air, they just fall over and know they will get the free kick.
