Re: ARTICLE: Charlie Taylor signs new Burnley contract

Best left back I’ve watched for us, normally the left back is the scapegoat of the side, Easton Fox Harley Jordan to name a few, even Kalvenas at times who I thought was really good for us. Taylor just edges Ward on ability but not on achievements with us.

Well let’s just say he’s been a pro for 2 years then - the stats still reveal what an over- rated player he is. A midfielder who’s never had an assist - and he plays for our National side - incredible You’re comparing two different players at different stages of their career, as the poster above po...

Re: What price Dwight ?

In the current market he’s worth probably £15-25M but to us he’s worth £100m+ given our attack solely relies on him atm. Abit like Sigurdsson to Everton, people were shocked at the fee but in the end he was worth more than £50M to Swansea because he was keeping them up and they dropped when they sol...

It’s ok we’ll be fine when Defour and Brady return from injury, just like we will when Wood is back. It’s not Dyches fault the £20M he spent on 2 forwards aren’t good enough to cover for an injured Wood.

Pope 5 Lowton 3 should’ve been replaced 2 years ago but we blew the budget on a 4th choice central defender and 5th choice striker instead. Year on year and signings that don’t improve what we have. Taylor was arguably our best player last year now he’s on the bench, why? It was obvious we needed a right back, but we didn’t buy one, why? The football isn’t becoming any better either, we’re so dull to watch.
