That is a real shame. He seemed to look the same, no matter how old he got. Just a minute....he was still at it well onto his 90s and sharp! Thanks Nicholas. In my childhood, he was a stooge for Arthur Haynes....in black and white! I liked Arthur Haynes and his dead pan Humour in my childhood also....

Both incidents had fatalities which no doubt will have long standing implications on all people involved and their friends and family.
