Today is a perfect example of why Dyche will not get one of the top jobs in football. We're safe in the Premier League, Newcastle are sh.te and are there for the taking and we go for a spoiling 0 - 0 draw. 3 of the 4 midfielders could all have been substituted for Brownhill - no chance!!! Bury away Boxing Day 99 lost 4 - 2 but we were 4 - 0 down at half time after having Steve Davies sent off early on.
Only Burnley game I have ever come off at half time. Scored twice late on. To cap it all Colin had taken over from Stan at Bury and Preece scored 2.

If we aren't then we should be - not a new stadium but redevelopment of Turf Moor. The 2 older stands are looking really dated now and won't last forever. We have never been in a better position financially and are guaranteed at least £270m over 5 years even if we are relegated next season. So the b...

I'm fairly certain one Ian Battersby also had something to do with it too - allegedly. The one who is looking to buy Rovers at present. He was good mates with Garner at the time and their wives ran a fashion boutique together in Nelson if my memory serves me right.
