Great result.
Would love Dortmund to win it now and see Ian Maatsen raise the trophy.

Aye, was a bit poor... The only side we've played this season that played with an ultra low block and let us have the ball as well. The other games have been vastly different, imo.kentonclaret wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2024 6:57 pmNot much impetus and purpose of play on view against Everton. 5 matches all against sides outside of the top 6 including a Wolves side missing Cunha and Neto and an Everton team that rarely scores more than once in a game. One that just pumped Everton for 6 as well. He's playing well, gives the team much more impetus/purpose of play and unfortunately has had ...

I just had a quick browse of Bundesliga teams' ticket prices that in a similar position to us in their table.
You can literally buy a one off, adult ticket for an FC Köln game (the one here is against Eintracht Frankfurt) for €13. Of course we're being ripped off (not just us, all fans in England).

yes, in response to someone quoting "£104" for a season ticket at Bayern. Keep up again, its not more expensive. An equivalent seating position at Bayern would either be €60 or €80 + €5 booking fee according to their price list. "allowing ourselves"? what do you suggest? you could always not buy on...

the Germany analogy is over used, apart from a few standing tickets at Bayern, their ticket prices are a lot more expensive than ours. If you want a decent seat at a league game you're looking at €50 + €5 booking fee. Season tickets are €350 upwards. You can get some cheaper standing tickets, but a...

Big rises at Forest, adult prices up a lot and concessions tightened like at many clubs. We still seem at the low end but football is pricing out ordinary fans more and more. Soon it will just be the fairly affluent middle classes who can afford it. https://nffctrust.org/statement-on-season-card-pr...

Can't see Grealish' current form with City merits a start, he'd be nowhere near my first 11. Look at how Pep uses him in the big games - like he did in the first leg against Real Madrid. Grant Holt bagged 15 goals in the PL in 36 games at the end of his Prime, then 8 in 34, then spiralled to 2 goals in 16 in the Championship.
If Szmodics would've had this season at age 23/24 that'd be a different.

For me Grealish on the left is the perfect foil and will compliment the others spectacularly.
The big question is how you get Bellingham and Foden in the side together.

Cullen can obviously play as a defensive midfielder in the Champ but I prefer him when he's slightly further forward and not necessarily the one taking the ball from the keeper/defenders. That isn't bad technique. It's exactly what modern day players are being taught to do at the top level. https://twitter.com/TifoFootball_/status/1614925564925583365?s=19 That's different than taking a first touch with the studs; Muric does that to quickly 'tee' up the ball to deliver a rapid pass (...
