I live in rossendale and we do still get a dollop of snow through winter.
What I have noticed is that it doesn't stick around as long these days.

It is weird.
I have kids that live on the south coast and talk to them a couple of times a week.
Every time we natter it is either glorious and hot or thunder and lightning.
Yet with us it is overcast with rain and drizzle ...always.

It does feel like we are going through some sort of change with the weather....however this has happened throughout history, just gets you a bit fed up.

It's only warmer if you take an average over the 12 month period. Winters are getting warmer so more rain and less snow but summer's feel that they are getting colder and wetter. It would be interesting to get an average for June, July, August and Sept for the last 50 years. I am not a gambling man ...

I thought Bournemouth had an interesting idea with a small stand.
They have put a collage of fans on either side of the stand uprights.

Had no idea.
What would happen if the second tier had been built when the club was looking to re-develop.
Would that still come under the original name or would the club have been allowed to name the top tier differently.

Has enough water gone under the bridge to re-name the Bob Lord stand ? Is it something we should consider as part of a general upgrade and branding to a wider audience.
