Corner to Newcastle, ball cleared and Southampton break, Newcastle defender pulls back player and stops counter - given yellow card. VAR then rules that there was handball and awards Newcastle a penalty.... does the yellow card still stand?

Thought the clear adjustment 2nd half was they plugged the gaping space that McNeil and Taylor were exploiting at will in the first half. Wasn't rocket science but he made the changes. Slightly off topic - and not saying I think it should have been - but when you compare to some that have been given...

Can see the logic - however surely it is safer to teach them the proper way (in moderation) to head the ball as safe as possible at an early age rather than them going out with their mates emulating what they see in the pro games without knowing the proper technique?

Scored 3 goals in 15 games this season in the Greek league, and 5 in 27 last season or something. Not exactly tearing up what must be league one level? Whichever of the two (Forest or Leeds) that he signs for will be going up automatically IMO. Very good striker at that level although not sure Leeds' style suits him with the lone striker expected to hold up the ball

I hestitated to celebrate all 4 of our goals due to doubt in my mind due to VAR.

How would he be screwing them over? I read this a lot about players. A footballer has every right to whatever he wants. If he signs a contract and stays for the duration and chooses to leave that’s his right. He owes the football club nothing. Okay then I'll reword to as he has an underlying affect...

Got there in the end! Happy with this signing and think that we have improved where we needed to....if I was being greedy I would have liked an extra wide player but more than happy with McNeil and JBG if we can keep them fit.
