This is Chelsea’s SS area ( or part of it ) while it’s definitely way better to have this in all grounds in a dedicated section than not , if anything it encourages people to sit down and lean on the bar I think .

Gotta say the safe standing at Spurs was excellent . While that’s state of the art stadia it certainly “ works “ the only negative is that it’s actually so safe you’re a bit spread out capacity wise .
