I ran my first road half marathon in March (I normally just do fell races) and managed 1:11:45 which was a lot faster than expected. And I was hungover
Very good time that Inchy. Well done !
If there are a few more runners on here maybe we could get an “Up The Clarets” Strava Club?

I've got J50 BFC and my wife has E10 BFC. I think they look good and that's all that matters. The only issue is when I have my car serviced because the lass in the garage always refers to it as the "Brake Fluid Change" car
I’m one letter on from you John - K50 BFC!

The FA Cup game v Bolton was very lively after the game. I don't think I have ever seen police horses running through the concourse under the CF stand before now. https://youtu.be/ZEDQzyAAB30?si=9-X5KCReshMhnNdT My first ever game at Turf Moor. Can still remember wiping tears out my eyes as they sc...

I don't know about a lot of Arsenal fans but there was a large quantity of Chinese/Japanese in the away end that I noticed and I did find it rather bizarre because we don't have many season ticket holders yet they were at an away match
There was the last time we were there as well

Hard to be too positive but good to see starts for Redmond and Bruun Larsen.
Would be hugely surprised if Tarkowski doesn’t head home a McNeil corner.
You called it !

His big chance last night especially with Foster suspended to try and stake a claim in the starting 11, unbelievably poor, starting in the Salford team would be about his level now and looked like the frustration of knowing you haven't got it anymore got to him towards the end. Shouldn't get any pr...

Most bars along canalside areas will accept away fans and we have access to the “away” bar at Notts County FC on Meadow Lane from 5pm
Where will most fans go do you think? I’m about to walk up from the city centre

A friend of mine played against Brian in the Western League when he was at Bideford. He says that over 40 years later he still has the bruises! He managed Bideford as well. Apparently, he drank in my local pub. All the old guys speak very fondly of him, but unfortunately he moved away before I had ...

Just inside the club shop on the right hand side, there are some acrylic art pictures for sale, however I can’t find them on the online club shop. Does anyone know if they are available to purchase online?
Thanks

Fun fact - the 2 lads who led the on pitch charge at the Plymouth fans were actually undercover police officers who’d been embedded on stoops for a year encouraging and to certain extent organising a mini crime wave in Burnley. Crown Court judges weren’t very happy with them. Fkn love you gumbo !!!

Agree he is occasionally guilty of sloppiness in possession but more than makes up for that with his other attributes. He has the unusual quality of both being very versatile and being a game changer. We are very lucky to have got him for a steal.
How much did he cost us?

It began as entrance music as I recall. We played it around 1989 for a couple of seasons, and I’m reasonably convinced it was right up until Simply The Best took over. I can’t remember the season it became goal music though. Maybe it was also played after a win as well? You can hear it being played...

The ball can quickly switch from one side of the pitch to the other in football, it’s not as fast in rugby
True, and I suppose the ball would by cynically played against the physio or the injured player forcing the game to stop anyway
