Re: James Trafford England call up
What an honour for Trafford, very happy for him and surely this can only be a benefit to our club. I still hope to see Muric in the nets at Stamford Bridge, mind, as I feel a miracle survival effort from Burnley requires him to be in goal.

Scotland should've made it 1-1 just before the three went in. Missed a real sitter. Wout scoring with a header was a bit of a shock until I realised he had to jump downwards to get it. Well directed header, mind, Cookesque.

Re: Turfcast interview with Andy Cooke
Really good interview that and am looking forward to part 2. Nearly 30 years since Andy Cooke signed for us. Where does it go? A similar amount of time from the Orient game to Stan sacking those players as Sean Dyche being appointed manager to now. Mind bending.

doesn't need to be on his line, as long as both feet aren't in front of it it's fine (afaik) and his right foot was comfortably behind I didn't know that it could be in the air but in line with the goal line. Still, he timed that close to perfection with a bit of wiggle room to spare. Screenshot_20...

I went to the open day with my dad. The sound of hammers and chisels reverberating under the longside were memorable. We ended up with a few bricks and a light fitting cover from the top corner of the longside. I'm sure he'll still have them in the shed.

You don't give a s**t that we missed clear opportunities to put the game to bed way before the 90th minute? Nothing is every done with a 1 nil lead. I'm content to say that decision sometimes goes for you or doesnt (and we had plenty that did in previous time). That doesn't plaster over the cracks ...

Re: Burnley v Luton
Trafford is making a run at a parry, any attacking player has no reason to get out of your way and put you off. I don't see an issue with that. There's a touch but really, he wasn't flattened or poleaxed. What annoys me is yet again, we wasted 3/4 guilt edge opportunitties to kill a game and we did...

It's not a football matter, it's registered with whoever to ensure it belongs to us. Until 1974 we'd never had a club badge. Once that had been trademarked, no one else could ever use it.
