Both. No one closing him down. Backed off and let him shoot. Great strike but with the time he had I'd expect it.

The Long Throw-In

Just watching the Millwall Vs Forest game and the distance Forest get from their Throw-Ins is massive. Almost as good as a corner. I'm surprised we haven't tried to go down this route considering how much SD likes the long ball. I remember Eddie trying it with Trips and Mee where it would be a long ...

I have the Fitbit charge 3. It's waterproof, does my heart rate (I tend not to look at heart rate when watching us play, tends to be 150bpm+), and contactless. Also can read my messages plus loads of other stuff I don't really use. As a overall fitness watch it's great.

We didn't do too bad. We had the chances to get something but didn't take them when it mattered and it was mistakes from Lowton and Pieter's that cost us.

To be fair, Jeff has been playing well on the right wing so I have no problem there. Cork has been one of the better players today as well.

The Premier League could get rid of using Sky and BT and just host the games themselves on either an APP or online service like Amazon Prime. They could charge pretty much whatever they would like. Clubs receive an amount based on league position rather size of the club.

I've been wearing contact lenses for over 10 years now and I have been with Specsavers for all that time. I pay £15 a month for 3 months supply with all my checks free. I am allowed to sleep in my lens so I have them in all week, take them out on a Sunday and then pop them back in on a Monday.
