Season has been terminated.

There will be no promotions or relegations between steps 3 and 6 of the non league set up.
There will also be no relegations from step 2.

No decision has been made with step 1 and 2 as yet.

Problem now is they are not testing everyone. So number of confirmed cases are irrelevant.

That's not a conclusive argument. I have never taken an exam in the LOTG but I think I know them pretty well, and this particular law was either changed or re-emphasised to represent what paulatky says, a few years back.
