personally I would like to see cycles/e bikes heavily subsidised by the government rather than cycle ways initially. If the subsidies are a success and the cycling scheme has been successful in taking some traffic off the roads we may not need just so many cycle paths and so not wasting the tax paye...

And an equally big hazard is the deaf. It must be a right pain to a cyclist who rings his little bell in the full expectation that the pedestrian will accept him as king of the road, only for said pedestrian to not hear and to step into the way forcing the cyclist to run her over and perhaps damage...

That wind was a beggar today Ten Bellies. It was so nice though I did a longer route and ended up doing 55 miles. Malham tarn was looked very very blue today and the fields were as green as green can be. Hard to imagine whats happening in the world when ot in our stunning countryside. utc.

not been in a supermarket for a month. I would take 4 hours in the countryside before 15 minutes in asda any day of the week. Its just common sense. Nobody needs to explain or tell me that, I have worked it out all on my own.

I don’t think the op lives at Gargrave (otherwise would know routes to Malham) I’m guessing he means he will travel to Gargrave then cycle to Malham + return. Walking is great exercise.....Did 35 miles on e bike yesterday round pendle and another 32 today by going over the tops past the pack horse then dropping into hebden bridge. came back and sorted out my shed and yard....endorphin rush today and now buzzing.

Italy has the highest number of very old people in europe. Especially the Lombardy region. That partly explains their high death rate. Also we can learn from china/italy and are that much closer with drugs (not a vaccine).....I am still annoyed at how lightly some take this though and the government...

I was happy to keep card and deliver back to her but bank said to destroy. I asked bank to contact her but they said thats not what they do ??? so the poor lass will be beside herself for a while which is why it would be good if someone can let her know her savings are safe.

took it to police station in colne but couldnt gain entry. Rang yorkshire bank and they told me to destroy card, which i have done. I found card outside colne market at around 1-15. This lady may not yet know she has lost card so if anyone knows her please put her mind at rest. utc.
