A odd 1 or 2 won’t hurt before bed at nighttime, I think it can become more of a problem when you are on it during the day as some people often succumb to when bored & not working, I try to have a golden rule say 8pm you drink less that way. I’ve been saying 5pm or 1pm at weekends. I’ll knock it in...

Manufacturers of medical equipment passed over by Government in favour of consortia, without experience...who are yet to produce anything. Hospitals and other key personnel like care workers, remain without personal protection equipment. Ventilators woefully lacking. UK missed the bulk order set up...

I’m at home for the foreseeable after being furloughed. I’d honestly continue working for nothing to save the business if it was possible, I’ve never had a day sick or not worked in the 15 years since I left school, it’s just not my nature. I love being busy.

Eating fairly well, training for 30 minutes indoors and an hour run in the countryside behind my house.

To get access to the 80% you need to be furloughed, you can’t continue to work.

That’s my companies understanding, all staff have been told not to work from home (we can, but he’s isn’t allowed to be aware) odd rules

Most will have a treadmill and spinning bike at home I'd have thought, I doubt they'd be too concerned about spending 2-3k on Gym equipment for the Garage, even if it does mean the R8 has to sit on the drive
