If he stays, which I think is unlikely, he’ll probably be a very good Championship player, but a Premier League player he is not - at this moment in time anyway.
You need more than a good technique to succeed in the top flight.

Re: Season tickets next season
Didn’t realise my now 12 year old son would have to have an under 18’s ticket next year. It means his ticket has more than doubled in price, but that’s just circumstance, I suppose.
Am I imagining it or did it used to be an under 15’s ticket at one time?

Green result for me too - 0.63. I did get told that I was one of the youngest there at 42 years old, but it’s still reassuring nonetheless.

Honestly, I’d rather Burnley win a friendly match than England win anything, and I’ve been to a few international games, although not since the days of Beckham et al.

Perhaps, but I’m happy that the win has eased the pressure on Vinny somewhat, as I still want him at the helm next season. That being said, I think if we’d persevered with more of last season’s regulars we’d have had more points on the board. Muric and Cullen - both brought back into the fold and bo...

I genuinely didn’t know until today that you could use the top half of your leg to play it back and it isn’t against the rules to pick it up.

Probably an 8. Alongside the likes of Esteve and Cullen, who I thought were also very good today, without forgetting Vitinho’s excellent contribution (saving a likely goal at one end, which lead to the second). Cullen was very good. I’m thinking what could’ve been if we hadn’t dropped Muric and cas...

Great result. As for Muric, a couple of good saves, a couple of positive actions to deal with corners, and much quicker distribution. All in all a good performance. Negatives, Not sure why he went AWOL for the first half back pass which almost cost us our lead, and several glimpses of last seasons ...

The retake of the quick throw in when the Brentford substitute wasn’t even ready really summed him up.

It could’ve been different and it should’ve been Muric’s shirt to lose.
If Muric had started the season and either performed well and kept the shirt or played poorly seeing Trafford getting drafted in then nobody would be batting an eyelid.
Shocker from Vinny.
