I remember a cup game there - mid 2000's probably... conservative estimate is that Burnley had 11,463 corners that game, but had to rely on penalties to get them through, after a nil nil draw.

I think the fans were chanting "Ooh It's a Corner" to the tune of the fabled George Oghani song.

Isn't that absolutely rife in horse racing. Not absolutely rife, but happens occasionally. Authorities crack down hard when there’s evidence, particularly in betting patterns. One of his big hobbies that. Have seen and spoken to him regularly at the races. His horse was pulled out of a race that our horse won at Doncaster a couple of years ago, he was there with a few others and the trainers Oliver Greenall and Josh Guerrerio.

There's a similarity here to when they qualified for Europe, and played mostly a 2nd XI team - Dyche seemed to lose some of the key players for a while then, but somehow appeared to have a clear the air meeting or something, and got them back on side, and the 2nd half of the season was outstanding. ...
