Re: Lowton or Roberts?

Lowts had a stinking time for 60-70 mins against Norwich, reminiscent of last year, where everything he did went wrong. Aside that, I think he's been pretty steady this season. The only longstanding complaint is the quality of his crosses but the whole squad seem to be suffering from that at the min...

Wood strangely starting the season out of form again, similar to when he was missing headers for fun last season.

If it is Mee who is injured, thats a concern although I thought Collins looked good against Norwich. Citeh will be an altogether different challenge, though.

It might be worth considering why those players haven't got a club. Chances are they have had offers but want something concrete. For example, Wilshire is unlikely to want a pay-as-you-play contract given his injuries. He'll want a 3 year deal which pays him regardless. And it won't be on low wages...

The defence parted like the Red Sea, leaving Saka a run through on goal. A player with a right foot would have easily taken the shot on.

Westwood had no choice but to take him down.

More dirge from BFC.

Cornet and Vydra brought on in the 86th minute, for Barnes and Lennon.

Vydra scores in the 87th from a Cornet cross.
