Without Flood we would not be where we are now. He put the money in to get us in the Premier League. He got no financial benefit.

Pointless exercise.

On the assumption VAR was right then the league table is as it should be with referees mistakes having been eliminated.

Equally it assumes that if VAR had not intervened that the game, and all other results would have panned out the same. That is unlikely.

I like Kev, cant fault his attitude and loyalty. for 90+% of games he plays well but you can expect at least one mistake a game. If we could confidently predict that Tarks and Mee would only miss a handful of games next season then I would be more than happy to have Kev as third choice. But we cant....
