Bound to be issues with this, always is with new systems/procedures. Suspect the web front end will just collect the applications, then someone in the ticket office will conduct the ballot using Excel.

How is the ballot going to work in practice. A lot of people will only want to go if their partner/friend gets a ticket too. Will the ballot take account of friends and family who have 6.000 points??
