All quiet in Burnley centre as I drove through about 4pm today. Big Window was shut as was the Brun Lea. The Corkhouse was open but looked very quiet. Plenty of police cars patroling round though.

Personally It hasn’t bothered me at all and I can’t see myself going in a pub this side of Christmas. I can’t think of anything worse than going to one this weekend.

Second week back at work and I must admit It is messing with my new found hobbies I started during lockdown. I had a nice routine of exercise and exploration that made me feel so relaxed and at one with nature. 9-5 is starting to stress me out again now. :(

I recently ordered some tile paint and a tile paint roller from B&Q. They sent me the roller with a note saying the tile paint was out of stock and refunded my money for the paint. I just pretended to paint the tiles the next day. :shock:

After our cat passed away in february after 17 years with us the wife has decided she now wants another. Does anyone know of anyone who has a young cat or kittens for sale? Just a basic moggie , nothing fancy or expensive. RSPCA centres are still closed.
