Re: BFC TRANSFER NEWS (MUST CONTAIN LINK)

It appears Burnley have been chasing Cucerella. Player has opted to stay at Getafe.

Must admit I found it interesting he played the most minutes yesterday.
Dyche trying to get more of a look at the lad in a game situation?

I might be wrong but didn’t he travel with the team a few times last season?

Burnley take highly rated Swedish striker mumbongo on trial.

The 20 year old is a free transfer from Verona.

Re: Australia v Sri Lanka

Australia are defiantly the team to beat at this World Cup.
They have the strongest batting line up and the best bowlers.

England’s World Cup hopes rely on the injuries to Roy and Morgan because unfortunately we do not have replacements of anywhere near the same quality.

Jamal Lowe is a good player. For the money being talked about I would take the risk. There is certainly a bit of X factor with this lad. That goal he scored against Sunderland in the checkatrade trophy was class.

I am aware of the players that are out on loan.
But are there any other young players similar to McNeil that arnt on loan but obviously have talent.

Benson seems to be the next in line but this is purely a guess.

Given that it looks like Gudmundsson has a slight knock.

Will Dyche push defour to RM until either Gudmundsson or Brady are playing again.

Re: Vokes

If we are being honest, Vokes isn’t premier league quality. Dyche just gets the best out of a fairly average striker.

Is he the future - No
Does he have a part to play - Yes

The only reason we would let Sam go is if there was a replacement ready to come in.

Moving Ben Mee to left back is a strange one.

Might be wrong but isn’t Koiki a left back? Supposed to be a stand out player for the youths maybe worth giving him a go if people are so uncertain with Taylor. However I might add I rate Taylor

Romaine Sawyers is a player I would be interested in. Probably a cheaper option than most, 27 years old midfielder for Brentford but big and physical.

Not usually one for signing out of contract players. But given the situation this must be appealing for burnley.

Sako
Yaya Toure
Veloso

Them three would significantly improve our situation.

Nearly impossible to predict the team given squad rotation.

However given the fact that Vydra is in the squad, I would imagine something like:

Beardsley, Long, Gibson, Taylor
Walters, Hendricks, Westwood, Gudmundsson,
Vydra
Barnes

Possibly replace McNeil for Gudmundsson.
