Let me get this right. Your friend wants to buy a season ticket so that he can gain entry to matches at say £17 per match instead of £30. Then for the matches he cannot go he wants the club to refund him? I think the other posters advising you to ring the Ticket Office are taking the p*ss as indeed...

More likely that the entrances would stand out I would imagine. But that should just require just the doors to be "greyscale" not the entire building. Whatever the case, it does appear to be a valid & logical reason for doing so and not just an "on the cheap" option that som...

I think the difference is that even after the stages you mentioned have been checked it is still only 2 minutes maximum on most occasions and with LBW or catch dispute the rules are black and white, they is no interpretation whereas with VAR there could be 5+ minutes checking the replays and at the...

Whether or not that is true, I’m sure we can all agree that unless there are extenuating circumstances, eating fish and chips on a day other than Friday is truly abhorrent. I had it for lunch on Monday after a lovely walk around Hollingworth lake. Don’t care how abhorrent it is it was bloody tasty :D

When announcing the tour to Portugal, the club explicitly stated there was no game taking place there. I was told the reason chippys are usually closed on Mondays is because the fishermen didn’t usually go out for their catch over the weekend so any fish used would be at least 2 days old
