Re: Burnley v QPR - U23 Latest

According to his Instagram, his first day at the club was 25th August, with a picture of him signing his contract on 10th August. Seems weird that we haven't bothered announcing it. From what I can find, he's a 20 year old, 6ft 5 goalkeeper who left Hellerup who play in the third tier of Danish foot...

A. 19 B. 17 C. 22 D. 21 Unlike referee Scott in the previous home league game it was abundantly obvious what decision this referee was about to give and to which side he was going to give it. Have to say there were 3 or 4 occasions today where he was offside due to sheer laziness in terms of not dropping back after an initial ball in or from not even trying to bend or shape his run.

Thought that was his worst game for us today. Really poor.

For as long as we’re in the Premier League, in reality. If we had 30 points by Christmas, I’m convinced we’d have a do at the FA Cup. Indeed, we would have the season we finished 7th but we ended up getting drawn away at Man City. The League Cup will never ever be a priority for Dyche, in my opinion.

Pope 7 - one excellent save from Redmond and a decent save from a corner near the end. Distribution a bit mixed but you could see that he saw the early distribution quite often. Hopefully as he gets his match sharpness back, he’ll increase in confidence distributing early. Lowton 7 - fine. Defensive...

Does make you wonder why though, if Hendrick hasn’t signed a new contract, we’re not trying to sell him this window to cash in on an asset and not lose him for anything. Plenty of speculation on Heaton but none on Hendrick.

Unless of course he’s about to sign a new deal, which would be great.

The fact that most teams are investing, paying the big fees and wages and we’re sticking to our structure? Not a criticism, it’s just more likely the longer it goes on. Sounds pretty straight forward and accurate to me.
