Re: Is Relegation such a bad thing really?

Thinking about the squad, who could be off... Off: Muric - will want games, won't get them with Trafford here Assignon - loan expires Esteve - loan expires Taylor - contact expires Berge - sell, stays in PL, recoup what we spent hopefully Cork - contact expires Brownhill - contract expires JBG - pos...

We would have to get rid of a CH to make way for a place in the 25 man squad. Who would you move out of the current defenders
Could make space with a winger, either Redmond (now he's injured) or Benson (seemingly available).

25 man squad must have been 70% defenders and keepers under Dyche.

Seen a Nixon article NOT linking us with Ahmedhodzic at Sheff Utd, who they'll let go if they get a decent offer, sounds like a Berge situation.
Great player, only 24, we should bite their hand off if it can be done.

Fullbacks are our main problem this year, in that we don't have any good enough to progress the ball out of our own half, either by inverting or going down the line (VK was clearly never a fan of Taylor for this). We're committed to playing out from the back, but we're not good enough to do it now, anyone good at pressing has us beat. Taylor's worse than Maatsen at it, Trafford's not as confident as Muric. I'm not sure why the guys in Stockley Park are also on-pitch referees and not specialist VAR referees.
