Browsec is a good one. I pay £20 a year for "premium" but the free one is enough for browsing and should be ok for streaming.

Maybe but my Pana let itself down with a lack of WiFi and only being able to use a proprietary£59 dongle.

Also it doesn't use the same coding language as the main manufacturers so the apps are limited to pretty much just iPlayer. I don't know if that's changed though

Watch out who the courier is.

I bought something from USA (no duty) but had to pay VAT to fedex who kindly stuck on a £20 service charge for the privilege of being paid to ship the item.

I had to ring em up and have a go at them but they backed down (not on the VAT obviously).
