Watching on TV. Kevin Friend absolutely loved the fact he got to give that. He stepped away from the monitor, intentionally paused and then smugly smiled as he pointed for penalty.

I think we need 6 more wins as a minimum if we have any chance of staying up. That gets us to 35 points, add a couple of draws and we're safe.
There are at 6 winnable games left so I hope we can do it.

Namche Bazar, Nepal, in January 2018 when we got flogged 4-1 by City in the FA Cup.
Also watched the United game when Defour scored that free kick and we were up 2-0 only to draw 2-2 in Kathmandu, Nepal.

I stumbled across a Burnley scarf hanging in a pub in Namche Bazaar in Nepal a few years back. Given Namche is at well over 3,000m altitude and a full two days walk from any alternative transport, somebody was determined to take it up there. Also saw that scarf, whilst watching City beat us in the ...

I grew up in Jersey so really could pick any team. Being a young kid, I picked Utd. My dad supported Burnley though so went to a few games over the years. At some point as a teen, I got more into football and decided I had more connection to Burnley so it made more sense to support the club. As it t...

This is the infuriating part of Dyche's tactics. It clearly hasn't been working second half yet no meaningful substitutions. Sure we lack depth on the bench (and on the field) but try something else.

I was never an alcoholic per se but my drinking was insidious in that I felt the need to drink a few beers or have a couple of glasses of wine everyday. Whilst I rarely got drunk from that, I did usually feel a bit groggy or ill most mornings. However, my real problem is that on the occasions I do g...

Barnes simply isn't good enough to play Premier League football anymore. He is pur worst striker by far and adds absolutely nothing other than trying to (mostly unsuccessfully) buy free kicks and rolling around on the floor. We play aimless hoofball when he partners Wood and we are far worse for it....
